Acceptance of terms
By signing up for or using Clipper OS, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service.
The service
Clipper OS is booking software built for solo barbers: a custom-branded booking page, payments, and loyalty and referral tools, for a single flat monthly price. There's no marketplace — your booking page only ever shows your own shop, never other barbers.
Account setup
There's no self-checkout signup. Every account is set up personally after you reach out through Get Started or Explore Demo, and you're responsible for the accuracy of the shop details you give us.
Billing and cancellation
Clipper OS costs $20/month, and that price doesn't rise as your shop grows. There's no long-term contract — you can cancel at any time. We don't charge platform fees on top of the $20, though standard Stripe payment processing rates apply when you accept card payments from your clients.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Clipper OS lawfully and not to resell, sublicense, or misuse the service in a way that disrupts it for other barbers.
Ownership
You own your shop's content, branding, and client data. Clipper OS owns the underlying platform and software.
Service “as is”
We work hard to keep Clipper OS reliable, but it's provided without warranties of any kind, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll let existing customers know directly.
