Why Clipper OS exists
Clipper OS is built by Impact Illustration, a graphic design company that has worked with small business owners — barbers especially — since 2018.
The gap we kept seeing
Years of working directly with barbers showed us the same pattern over and over: the booking software with real, feature-rich tools — a proper booking site, loyalty programs, client management — was priced for shops with staff and multiple chairs. A one-chair, solo barber was expected to pay the same rising, tiered prices as a business ten times their size, or go without.
That never made sense to us. A solo barber’s business is just as real, and deserves tools built for it specifically — not a scaled-down afterthought of software designed for someone else.
Our mission
Impact Illustration exists to empower small and medium businesses with quality digital technology they need to grow — not a stripped-down version of it. Clipper OS is that mission applied to one trade we already knew well: barbering.
